Already recorded your audiobook? Sell it exactly as recorded

Every book deserves to be heard.

Bindery — the book studio inside Infinite Library — turns any book into a finished audiobook. Claude performs every chapter in a house narrator’s voice or your own, and the result is sold from the same free storefront your book already has.

Four steps to a heard book.

1

Write or import your book

Start a book in Bindery — free to start, no account needed to try — or bring the manuscript you already have. One command, /audiobook, makes the audiobook from the same manuscript.

2

Pick a narrator — or clone your voice

Audition George, Lily and Daniel — or the lower-priced Standard voices Marin, Cedar and Coral — on your own words before you choose. Or record about 30 seconds, with your consent recorded, and the book is read in your voice.

3

Claude performs every chapter

Not a sample, not a summary — the whole book, chapter by chapter, in any of 74 languages.

4

Publish — and keep 80%

Chapter one plays free on your book’s public storefront. Sell listening access at your price and keep 80% of every sale, paid via Stripe.

A performance, not a printout.

Three house narrators

Auditioned on your words.

George, Lily, and Daniel each read a passage from your own book before you choose — you hear your sentences in their voice, not a stock demo. Or pick a Standard voice — Marin, Cedar or Coral — for about a fifth of the price; your first sample in one is free.

Voice cloning

In your voice. Literally.

Read about 30 seconds aloud, once — your explicit consent is recorded along with the sample. From then on, your books are read in your voice.

Priced by the character.

A typical 60,000-word book costs about $20 to $25 to narrate in a Standard voice, or about $70 to $100 with George, Lily, Daniel or your own voice. You see the price before anything is recorded.

Questions, answered.

How much does it cost to make an audiobook?

With a Standard voice, about $20 to $25 for a typical 60,000-word book: a new member’s $19.50 first month of Bindery Pro covers it, or two $12 credit packs. With George, Lily, Daniel or your own cloned voice, it is about $70 to $100: the $19.50 first month plus one $50 top-up, or two $50 packs. Standard voices use 10 credits per 1,000 characters, about 3,500 credits for a 60,000-word book. The other voices use 50, about 17,000. Credit packs are 2,000 credits for $12, 10,000 for $50 or 40,000 for $160, and they never expire. After the first month, Pro is $39 a month with 10,000 credits every month.

What is a Standard voice?

Standard voices — Marin, Cedar and Coral — are clear narrators at about a fifth of the price of George, Lily and Daniel, and they are always available. Your first one-minute sample in a Standard voice is free. Like every narrator in the studio, they are AI voices.

Can it read the book in my voice?

Yes. Record about 30 seconds of your voice once, with your explicit consent recorded, and your books are then read in your voice. Each account gets one voice clone, and you can delete it in one click, any time.

What languages are supported?

Narration works in 74 languages, so your audiobook can reach listeners far beyond the language you wrote it in.

Can I sell my audiobook, and what do I earn?

Yes. Every published book gets a free public storefront, and you can sell listening access right from it — the default price is $9, and you can set anything from $1.99 to $99.99. You keep 80% of every sale, paid via Stripe.

Already have a recorded audiobook — can I sell it here?

Yes, exactly as recorded — read by you or by a narrator you hired, made for Audible, in a studio or at home. Bring your book into Bindery, open its Listen tab and press Upload recordings: drop the chapter files or the whole folder (MP3, WAV, M4A, AIFF or FLAC, up to 2 GB a file) and each one is matched to its chapter for you. There’s no setup fee: what you upload plays at once on a private listening link, then your book’s page sells it with chapter one free, and you keep 80% of every sale. Rather not do it yourself? Email the files to hello@infinitelibrary.ai and we’ll load them for you.

Do listeners need an account?

No account is needed to start listening — the first chapter plays free on your book’s public storefront, for anyone. Buyers get a real audiobook player: chapter navigation, 15- and 30-second jumps, speed control, lock-screen controls, and exact resume.

Can my family hear it before I sell it?

Yes. The Listen tab makes a private listening link — a page that just plays the book, on any phone, with no account and nothing to install. It remembers where each person stopped, asks their name once, and shows you who listened, how far, and the moments they marked. Email it from the studio or paste it into the family chat, let listeners pass it on, and switch it off any time.

Can I download the audio files?

Yes. Listeners who buy your audiobook get a tagged master MP3 download along with the player. As the author, your own master MP3 comes with the book’s one-time $49 unlock or with Bindery Pro.

Do I have to write the book in Bindery first?

Start either way: write the book in Bindery — free to start, no account needed to try — or bring the manuscript you already have. Bindery turns any book into an audiobook, made from the same manuscript with one command: /audiobook.
