**Long (150 words)**

> Infinite Library is an AI book platform from Montrouge, France, founded in 2024 by Thomas A.Q.T. Truong and a member of Anthropic’s Claude Startups program. Bindery, its Claude-powered book studio, turns a description — or a Word, PDF, or EPUB manuscript, notes, transcripts, or YouTube links — into a finished book: Claude writes it, typesets it, designs the cover, sizes the spine from the real page count, and produces printer-validated PDFs. Books print on demand through Lulu in 21 presets and four bindings, become audiobooks in 74 languages read by a house narrator or the author’s own cloned voice, and can be translated into complete editions in 110 languages. Every published book gets a free storefront, and authors keep about 95% of ebook and 80% of audiobook sales. The reading library and free iPhone and iPad app offer 2,000+ public books. Bindery is free to start; Bindery Pro is $39 a month.

## Story ideas

- **From a conversation to a printed hardcover** — Bindery writes a book with its author in one chat, typesets it in LaTeX, sizes the spine from the real page count and sends it to Lulu to print. The watermarked proof is free; clean files for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark are $49 per book. [How Bindery works](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/bindery)
- **Life stories, before they are lost** — The $99 life-story gift has Claude interview a parent or grandparent one question at a time — typed or spoken — and write each chapter in their own words. The first hardcover is included; an audiobook in their own voice is an add-on. [The life-story gift](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/gift)
- **What 3,511 AI-assisted books look like** — An open dataset (CC BY 4.0, September 6, 2026): the median finished book runs 15,627 words, romance is the largest genre at 28.7% of books with a genre, and 32 languages are represented. [AI Book Statistics](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/research/ai-book-statistics)
- **Authors who keep 80% of their audiobook** — Authors who already recorded an audiobook — for ACX, in a studio or at home — can upload it and sell it from their book’s own page with no setup or monthly fee, keeping 80% of every sale. The ACX comparison sets out the other routes and their terms. [ACX and the alternatives](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/comparisons/acx-alternative)
- **Who owns an AI-assisted book?** — Infinite Library’s answer: the author, entirely. It claims no rights, never trains AI on manuscripts, and issues a free Certificate of Authorship that fingerprints the text with SHA-256. [Ethics & AI](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/ethics)
- **A whole family writes one book** — Group books hand out a contribution link: relatives and friends add memories, photos and voice notes without an account, and Claude weaves them into one book, crediting each contributor. [Family history books](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/family-history)
- **Picture books from a sentence** — Storybook turns a one-line idea into an editable storyboard, paints every spread in one of twelve art styles, and prints a square colour hardcover from a single copy. [Picture books](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/formats/childrens-picture-book-maker)
- **A French startup building on Claude** — A small, founder-led team in Montrouge builds the studio on Anthropic’s Claude, with Haiku, Sonnet, Opus and Fable on every book’s model picker. Infinite Library is a member of Anthropic’s Claude Startups program. [About the company](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/about)

**Long bio.** Thomas A.Q.T. Truong founded Infinite Library in 2024 and leads it as CEO from Montrouge, just south of Paris. He holds master’s degrees in artificial intelligence (Sorbonne University) and data science (ISUP). In 2023 MIT Technology Review named him to its Innovators Under 35 Europe list for VocalSign, an app that uses AI to translate sign languages into voice and text. His book “Infinite Library: The AI That Writes Your Perfect Book in Seconds” (January 2025) was a #1 New Release in Amazon’s Educational Software category. At Infinite Library he leads the small team behind Bindery, the Claude-powered studio where a description becomes a typeset, printable book.

**A quote you can use.** “I grew up loving books. But I always wished there was a book just for me. Now, I use AI to make that possible for everyone.” — Thomas A.Q.T. Truong, Founder & CEO

## Name and spelling

| Name | How to write it |
| --- | --- |
| Infinite Library | Two words, both capitalised. “The Infinite Library” is also used. Never abbreviated. |
| Bindery | One word, capital B. On first mention: “Bindery by Infinite Library” or “Bindery, Infinite Library’s book studio”. The studio lives at bindery.infinitelibrary.ai. |
| Bindery Pro, Bindery Studio, Bindery Publisher | The membership tiers, always with the Bindery prefix. |
| Bindery for Work | Bindery for companies, teams, schools and agencies. |
| The Library | The reading side of the site (www.infinitelibrary.ai/explore). The one product name that takes “the”. |
| Storybook | Bindery’s picture-book maker; its books print as square colour hardcovers. |
| The Librarian | The support chat on both sites — Claude, answering for Infinite Library. |
| Infinite Library: AI Book Maker | The App Store name of the iPhone & iPad app; “the Infinite Library app” in running text. |
| Claude | Bindery is powered by Claude, Anthropic’s model: write “Claude-powered”. |

| Lulu | The print partner: books are “printed on demand by Lulu”. |

## Getting it right

- **Myth:** “Infinite Library is part of Anthropic.” **Fact:** No. Infinite Library is an independent French company, Infinite Library SAS. It builds on Anthropic’s Claude and is a member of Anthropic’s Claude Startups program — a membership, nothing more.
- **Myth:** “Bindery and Infinite Library are two different companies.” **Fact:** Bindery is Infinite Library’s book studio, at bindery.infinitelibrary.ai. One company, and one account signs into both.
- **Myth:** “Infinite Library owns, or publishes, the books made with it.” **Fact:** Authors own their books outright. Infinite Library is a software company, not a publisher: it claims no rights and takes no cut of sales made elsewhere.
- **Myth:** “Your manuscript is used to train the AI.” **Fact:** It is not. Infinite Library trains no models and never uses manuscripts, prompts or uploads for training.
- **Myth:** “The AI writes the book on its own.” **Fact:** The author directs it. Claude drafts and typesets; the author decides what stays, revises and signs the book.
- **Myth:** “It is a chatbot that pastes text into a document.” **Fact:** Bindery is an agent built for book-length work: it keeps the whole manuscript in view, typesets real pages, and produces files that printers and bookstores accept.
- **Myth:** “It is only for fiction.” **Fact:** Memoirs, family histories, business books, cookbooks, poetry, picture books, magazines, manuals and textbooks are all made in Bindery.
- **Myth:** “You need a subscription.” **Fact:** It is free to start, printing needs no membership, and one-time packages exist for a single book.
- **Myth:** “Printing means ordering in bulk.” **Fact:** Every book prints on demand, from a single copy; more copies lower the price per copy.
- **Myth:** “Infinite Library is connected to other products called ‘infinite library’.” **Fact:** Infinite Library (infinitelibrary.ai) is unrelated to other apps, games or works that use the phrase — Jorge Luis Borges’s story “The Library of Babel” included.

## Logos and brand assets

One mark for everything — the website, Bindery, and the app: three book spines on a shelf, cream on a clay tile. Use the files as supplied; don’t recolour, rotate, crop, or add effects, and give it clear space on all sides. On dark or coloured grounds use the monochrome mark.

- [Mark — vector](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/logo.svg) — SVG. The cream glyph on the clay tile. Use this wherever it will be scaled.
- [Mark — monochrome vector](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/logo-mono.svg) — SVG, no tile; takes the surrounding text colour. For dark grounds, foil, and one-colour print.
- [Mark — 512 px](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/logo.png) — PNG, 512 × 512.
- [Mark — 128 px](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/logo-128.png) — PNG, 128 × 128.
- [App icon](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/brand/appicon-1024.png) — PNG, 1024 × 1024. The iPhone & iPad app icon, same mark.
- [Founder portrait](https://www.infinitelibrary.ai/thomas-truong-founder-infinite-library.jpg) — JPEG, 768 × 1024. Thomas A.Q.T. Truong. Credit: Infinite Library.

Colours: Clay #C2613F (The brand colour — the tile behind the mark); Cream #FAF9F5 (The mark’s glyph, and the ground of the share cards); Ink #23211C (Text on cream).

There is no separate wordmark file: the name is set in words. In our own materials it is set in Newsreader, a serif; the product interface uses the system font of each platform.
